Within the framework of the new international project, a Kick-Off meeting was held, bringing together partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Austria, and Portugal. The goal of this initial meeting was for all partners to get to know each other, exchange information, and go through the work packages and planned activities until the end of the project in detail.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for the presentation of each organization, their resources, and their expertise, opening up space for additional discussions and potential future cooperation. This type of exchange of experiences and ideas is of key importance for the success of the project and the strengthening of international partnerships.

The project includes various activities, with local training sessions in all partner countries being among the most important. These training sessions will provide an opportunity for more than 50 participants across BiH to take part, contributing to knowledge exchange and capacity building within local communities.

The Kick-Off meeting marked a strong start to the teamwork and laid the foundation for the successful realization of the project. The partners expressed their satisfaction with the open discussions and the opportunity to collectively contribute to achieving goals that will have a long-term impact on communities in all participating countries.
