This event represents an important step toward building stronger, more inclusive, and socially responsible sports communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while also strengthening international cooperation and long-term partnerships in the field of sport and social inclusion.
The project foresees the training of more than 200 sports professionals, educators, and volunteers, while also organizing inclusive sports events involving hundreds of participants across partner countries. Through activities such as adaptive running, swimming, hiking, and recreational events, STRIDE & GLIDE seeks to demonstrate that sport truly belongs to everyone, regardless of physical ability.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina specifically, the project will contribute to strengthening local capacities through educational activities, partnerships with institutions, accessibility improvements, and awareness campaigns.
